Hello from the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel! I’m here for an extended weekend with the boyfriend to celebrate his recent graduation and the property is amazing.
We have an ocean view room with a cute little balcony overlooking the spectacular cliffs and the beach–where surf lessons are available. Meanwhile, the hotel itself has a spa (you know I’m checking it out asap!), two swimming pools and 2 jacuzzis (all open 24/7), 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, a fitness center (with ping pong!) and several yummy sounding restaurants.
A pic of our room…
Tonight we plan to check out the wine, cheese and chocolate bar Eno (no cheese for moi, but I’ll be more than making up for it in wine and chocolate) then dinner at the ocean-view restaurant 180blũ.
Updates and more photos soon!
For information, check out the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel website.

Nadine!!
I’ve stayed there twice (and been to I don’t even know how many weddings there, back in the day when I lived 2 towns over in the OC) and that hotel is amazing. Love it. Definitely (yes!!) go to the spa, their facials are to die for!
your eye make-up looks v. v. good in that video
you look amazingly happy. very happy for you :) mamas watching down!!! enjoy!!!
Thanks, ladies!
Christine: That seems to be the common refrain – it makes sense that it’s a popular wedding destination, but that hadn’t even occurred to me! :) Have a spa appointment scheduled for Sunday and am SO excited.
Thanks, D! I’m wearing the Chanel quadra eyeshadow compact in Prelude that I’ve been blogging about, along with a little extra MAC Mineralize eyeshadow in Golden Gaze. (Been meaning to blog about this MAC shadow for a few weeks – it’s awesome.)
That is so sweet, Tanya, I really appreciate it!
Your pictures capture the place well! I grew up a few minutes from that property. You’re inspiring me to head back for a visit.
Jenny, it was so amazing – I think it’s time for a trip back for you!
