Hel-lo, sex kitten!

Glee actress Lea Michele has been a fixture on red carpets this awards season, and each time, the only constant we can expect from her is that she’s going to look amazing.

Here, she looks mature and vixen-ish, with smokey eyes, contoured makeup, strong-but-perfect brows, and sleek, flatironed hair.

Thanks to CoverGirl, who invited me as a guest to the People’s Choice Awards last night!  It was such a blast and a treat to be in the audience for the show, which was high-energy and a lot of fun!  You likely watched the awards yourself and have already seen all the photo round-ups, so I thought I’d offer you a little behind-the-scenes gossip.

As is customary, some of the celebs didn’t stay for the entire show.  You could generally figure out who was going to win certain awards, as the celebrities would be seated during breaks.

Christian Slater received a surprisingly loud and long cheer while walking the red carpet.  Who knew?

Mariah Carey’s dress was so tight that she could barely walk, and she took a looong time getting on stage.

Mariah’s speech was also printed on the teleprompter.  We all agreed she seemed a little off.  She clung to Nick Cannon’s arm as she hobbled off stage.

When Carrie Underwood won, there were audible gasps of surprise in the audience.

Taylor Swift was basically the evening’s golden girl.  The audience cheered during commercial breaks as celebrities entered and exited, and Taylor received the biggest cheers.

When Taylor Lautner won, Taylor Swift stood and applauded him.

Taylor Swift also was one of the only celebrities to take photos with fans who approached her during commercial breaks.  She held the camera and took shots with several fans in a row, and cheerfully chatted with them.  She seemed lovely.

Sandra Bullock received a standing ovation and her speech left the audience in tears.

Everybody expected the Glee cast the sing.  The audience was not very happy with the pizza.

Johnny Depp also received a standing ovation.  The audience was very happy with him!
