Yes, that’s right–McDreamy has a fragrance, and it’s super sexy!  Created for Avon (where Patrick’s wife Jillian Dempsey is Creative Color Director), Patrick Dempsey 2 is a spicy oriental with notes including saffron, mandarin, nutmeg, wood, green fig, and patchouli.
