I uploaded a few more of my crappy Teen Choice videos last night! I have zero future as a videographer, I know – it’s like watching the Blair Witch Project, with even more screaming. Check ‘em out for Will Smith performing Rapper’s Delight before the show, a billion celebrity arrivals, and lots of close-ups of the back of Ryan Sheckler and Hayden Panettiere’s heads. Riveting.

Former girl-crush Kristen Bell debuted a new hairstyle last night at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards, with choppy bangs and layered, wispy ends. She walked by my seat several times and I didn’t realize it was her until after she’d passed by me for the third time. I have a haircut this Saturday at the Nelson J. salon…I think this is the cut I’m requesting!
She’s smiling here, but she looked positively miserable last night. Seriously, she really didn’t seem to be enjoying herself.

Neutrogena invited me to the Teen Choice Awards tonight at Universal Studios, and it was quite the show! (My eardrums will never be the same. Oh, and I am, sorry to say, definitely not a Miley Cyrus fan.) My camera was broken, as luck would have it, but I did manage to take Flip videos of the celebrities coming and going–my seat was on the aisle next to the stage in the second row, so nearly every teen-dream in the joint passed by me, and I did some major on-the-sly beauty stalking. (I’m pretty sure I weirded out Hayden Panettiere. Her hair was just so interesting.) Kristen Bell has a spectacular new haircut, Victoria Beckham did actually smile (once), Blake Lively looked fabulous and won everything, Will Smith’s son has a crush on Rachel Bilson, and Hayden Panettiere was trying to win the Most Popular/Most Photographed award. Oh, and the Jonas Brothers are kind of popular.
