We've recently celebrated our 5th anniversary of daily blogging--who could have imagined back in 2005 that the beauty industry would be so quickly revolutionized? Social media is changing the way we do our business, and I've heard time and again from others in the beauty industry that they're confused over how to properly display themselves online. (After all, it's not enough to simply have a blog, Twitter page, or Facebook account. It's about having a meaningful presence online, and truly connecting with readers/customers/consumers.) I'm now providing new media beauty consulting services to a select few companies to help them understand the changing landscape.
