Today, I took a break from writing the book to head to the Chateau Marmont and meet Jenny Packham. Jenny, as those of you who are breathless KMiddy fans know, is Duchess Kate‘s favorite designer. Twist my arm!

The roundtable was sponsored by TRESemmé, who works with Jenny backstage at her runway shows, and we had a chance to chat with Jenny and also get some insider hair tricks from the TRESemmé team.

A few of the great hair tips I picked up included using mousse to anchor your style. Mousse is one of those products that I occasionally fall in love with every few years, and then promptly forget about and have to rediscover. The genius of mousse is that is works on basically every hair texture, is more versatile than gel, more touchable than hairspray, and allows you to create a great foundation and hold for everything from braids to curls to buns.
